Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (Pagoda GP) disclosed that on 27 March 2026 it bought back 2.00 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and transferred them to treasury stock.
The repurchase lowered the company’s outstanding share count from 2,000,721,250 to 1,998,721,250, a reduction of 0.10%. Treasury stock now totals 2.00 million shares, while the overall issued share figure remains unchanged at 2,000,721,250.
Shares were acquired within a price range of HKD 1.73 to HKD 1.78, at a volume-weighted average of HKD 1.76, for a total cash outlay of HKD 3.52 million.
The transaction was executed under the general mandate approved on 5 June 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 145.39 million shares. To date, 2.00 million shares—equivalent to 0.14% of the authorised limit—have been utilised.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Pagoda GP is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or the sale of treasury shares until 26 April 2026.
