Applied Digital已与一家美国投资级超大规模数据中心运营商签订租赁协议，为其关键IT负载提供300兆瓦（MW）的电力。该协议预计为期15年，总合同价值约为75亿美元。该电力容量位于Applied Digital的Delta Forge 1园区，该园区是一个430兆瓦的设施，专为人工智能和高性能计算工作负载而设计。
Delta Forge 1园区占地超过500英亩，其设计旨在为人工智能训练和推理任务提供高密度电力供应和冷却支持。该协议是Applied Digital在其三个人工智能工厂园区中与第二家美国投资级超大规模数据中心运营商达成的协议。此次新增租赁协议后，Applied Digital的租赁总收入已超过230亿美元。
