中国再保险（集团）股份有限公司（01508）8月7日公告称，已于当日收到国家金融监督管理总局批覆，同意何兴达先生担任公司董事的任职资格。\n\n公司此前于2026年3月30日、4月29日及5月29日发布公告，选举何兴达为第五届董事会非执行董事，并提名其出任董事会审计委员会委员、提名薪酬委员会委员及风险管理委员会委员兼主任委员。根据最新批覆，何兴达的任期自2026年8月4日起生效，至第五届董事会任期届满为止，任期届满可连选连任。\n\n公司同日宣布，因工作安排，贾祥翔女士已辞去非执行董事、董事会审计委员会委员及副主任委员、提名薪酬委员会委员以及风险管理委员会委员职务，辞任自2026年8月7日公司收到其辞职信之日起生效。贾祥翔确认与董事会无不同意见，亦无需另行通知股东其他事项。\n\n截至公告日，公司董事会成员为：执行董事庄乾志、朱晓云；非执行董事杨长松、周郑、何兴达；独立非执行董事戴德明、叶梅、姜耀辉。
