Norges Bank crosses 4% ownership threshold in Prudential plc

Prudential plc announced that Norges Bank increased its stake in the insurer to 4.02 % of the company’s voting rights on Mar, 03 2026.
The disclosure, released on Mar, 04 2026, shows that Norges Bank now holds 101,906,209 voting rights attached to shares, up from a previous level of 3.97 %. No voting rights are held through financial instruments.
