南方通信控股(1617)签署38.25百万元合约建设南方科技生态产业园

南方通信控股(1617)于2026年2月13日公告称，其间接全资附属公司江苏南方通信科技有限公司与一家独立第三方签订建筑合约，将在常州市武进区建设并发展南方科技生态产业园，建筑费用为人民币38.25百万元。该项目施工周期为240个日历日，计划2026年5月1日动工，并预计于同年12月28日完工。

根据招标结果确定的建筑费用将采用分期支付方式，施工方需提供相当于建筑费用10%的履约保函。本集团将以内部资源支付该项建筑费用。除建筑费用外，江苏南方通信科技有限公司将于2026年2月底前支付约人民币2.1百万元的基礎设施配套费，用于当地城市道路、排水与能源设施等市政基础建设。

南方通信控股(1617)曾在2025年10月15日就该工业产业园的发展规划发布过自愿性公告，公司董事会认为，该项目有助于集中产能、降低整体营运成本，并在后续考虑通过出租或出售部分物业拓展新的收入来源。公司表示，这一项目与长远业务策略一致，预期可进一步提升管理效率与灵活度。

由于拟进行各项交易的一项或多项适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，该项目构成须予披露交易，须遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第14章的申报及公告规定。公司同时将上述建筑合约交易及基礎设施配套费支付合并计算后，仍触发相同披露要求。
