奇瑞汽车(09973)4月2日发布公告，董事会建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币0.86元，尚待2026年5月20日召开股东大会批准。公司预计将于2026年6月26日向合资格股东派发股息。
股息分派要点如下：
首项，除净日为2026年5月26日。股东须于2026年5月27日16时30分前递交股份过户文件，以便在2026年5月28日至6月2日暂停过户登记期间完成相关手续。公司将于2026年6月2日进行股权登记，届时名列公司股东名册的投资者方可获派股息。
其次，根据更新公告，派息涉及的预扣税政策如下：非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东，一般适用10%的预扣税率；非个人居民股东一般适用10%的预扣税率，但如居住地与中国内地并无订立相关税收协定，则预扣税率可达20%。
此外，派息金额及公司预设派发货币的汇率有待公布。公司公告称，更多代预扣所得税事项须依据相关国家及地区的税收协定或安排执行。
