根据公告，海螺水泥当日于香港联交所场内回购H股73.50万股，占回购前H股已发行股份（不含库藏股）约0.0569%。每股购回价介乎16.97港元至17.20港元，合计支付金额12,544,430港元（约1,254.44万港元）。本次回购后，公司H股已发行股份由1,292,500,000股降至1,291,765,000股，库藏股由7,100,000股增至7,835,000股，已发行股份总数仍为1,299,600,000股。公司此前于2026年5月28日通过了回购授权，最多可回购129,960,000股H股，截至目前已根据授权回购的股份数为7,835,000股。
同日，海螺水泥在上海证券交易所回购A股90.00万股，占回购前A股已发行股份（不含库藏股）约0.0227%。每股购回价介乎17.53元至17.75元，合计支付金额15,883,828元（约1,588.38万元）。回购完成后，公司A股已发行股份由3,965,850,244股下降至3,964,950,244股，库藏股相应上升至12,509,800股。
公司确认已严格遵守香港联合交易所《证券上市规则》及相关法规。公告由联席公司秘书虞水签署。
