Xiao Noodles buys back 190,000 H-shares on 18 May, lifting cumulative 2026 repurchases to 8.51 million shares (1.20% of capital)

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing continued execution of its on-market share repurchase programme.

2. Cumulative activity in 2026 From 3 February to 18 May, the company has repurchased 8.51 million H-shares for cancellation at volume-weighted average prices ranging between HKD 4.20 and HKD 5.96. The total represents 1.20 % of the 710.69 million shares in issue on the 26 January mandate date. All repurchased shares are pending cancellation.

3. Capital structure • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 15 May 2026: 710.69 million • Issued shares unchanged as at 18 May 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

4. Repurchase mandate utilisation • Authorised under 26 January 2026 resolution: up to 71.07 million shares • Utilised to date: 8.51 million shares, or 12.0 % of the mandate capacity.

5. Moratorium on new issues In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Xiao Noodles is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 17 June 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

The board confirms all repurchases complied with applicable Hong Kong Exchange listing rules and relevant laws.
