According to financial information, IMPACT THERAP-B (07630) fell over 13% in the afternoon session. As of the time of writing, it was down 12.47% to HK$11.58, with a turnover of HK$5.2774 million. On the news front, on July 30, IMPACT THERAP-B announced the signing of an exclusive licensing and cooperation agreement with Pharmanovia, granting the latter exclusive rights for production, research, development, and commercialization of senaparib as a monotherapy maintenance treatment for advanced epithelial high-grade ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and primary peritoneal cancer in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. IMPACT THERAP-B could potentially receive up to a total of 423.5 million euros.

Notably, the market had previously widely anticipated that IMPACT THERAP-B would smoothly be included in the Stock Connect program in September 2026, as it meets the market capitalization requirements for the scheme. It is understood that for the September 2026 Stock Connect adjustment, the closing market cap on June 30 serves as the assessment benchmark. However, after the assessment was finalized, the stock experienced a sharp decline, plummeting 45% on July 2, and continued to fall gradually. As of August 3, its market cap had dropped to below HK$3.5 billion.
