CNOOC (00883) has announced that Mr. Zhou Xinhui is resigning from his positions as Executive Director, Vice Chairman, and CEO of the company due to changes in his role, effective October 20, 2025. Accordingly, he will also no longer serve as a member of the company's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee from that date.
