Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 15,500 ordinary shares on 07 September 2026, spending HKD 271,745. The on-market transactions were executed within a price range of HKD 17.30–17.62 per share, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 17.53.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0063 % to 247.91 million. Treasury shares increased to 3.69 million, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 251.59 million.

The repurchases were made under the general mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which permits buybacks of up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 614,000 shares, equivalent to 0.25 % of the share base on the mandate date.
