According to reports, numerous customers gathered outside the store early in the morning on opening day. The bakery section emerged as a major highlight of this opening. JD.com Seven Fresh launched over 20 new products, including black truffle thick-baked toast and other items. Additionally, directly sourced fresh hairy crabs and similar products were particularly popular among customers. The store also specially established a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration area, featuring traditional Chinese-style mooncakes, fruit gift boxes, and nutritional supplement gift boxes.

In terms of online services, JD.com Seven Fresh provides delivery service with a fastest delivery time of 30 minutes. On opening day, JD.com Seven Fresh delivery personnel were seen traveling between various residential communities, promptly delivering fresh ingredients to customers' hands.
