Alibaba Cloud has updated its Coding Plan subscription service to include support for four leading programming models: Qwen3.5-Plus, Qwen3-Coder-Next, GLM-4.7, and Kimi-K2.5. Users can now freely switch between these models without needing to modify their subscriptions or configurations.

A promotional campaign has also been launched, offering new users an 80% discount on their first purchase. For the initial month, 18,000 API requests are priced at just 7.9 yuan, while 90,000 requests are available for 39.9 yuan.

AI Agents are currently the primary application platform for large language models, with popular tools such as Claude Code and OpenClaw gaining significant traction. However, these agents often handle complex tasks requiring multi-step planning and repeated tool usage, leading to an exponential increase in token consumption. Industry data indicates that a single AI Agent can consume 100 to 1,000 times more computational resources than a traditional chatbot.

To address this, Alibaba Cloud introduced the Coding Plan subscription service, offering users a cost-effective and flexible model selection. Previously, Alibaba's AI platform BaiLian launched the new Qwen3.5-Plus model, with API pricing as low as 0.8 yuan per million tokens—allowing users to access high-performance capabilities comparable to Gemini 3 at less than 5% of the cost. The latest update to the Coding Plan further reduces the expense of utilizing advanced AI models.
