Amasse Capital Holdings Limited (08168) disclosed on 3 February 2026 that it has issued a total of 16,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of share options under its share option scheme adopted on 26 February 2018. The allotment consists of 1,000,000 shares issued to a director and 15,000,000 shares issued to other participants, both at a price of HKD 0.1 per share.
The newly allotted shares increased the company’s issued share capital from 1,204,700,000 to 1,220,700,000 shares, marking an aggregate rise of approximately 1.33% relative to the previous share total reported on 31 January 2026. As disclosed, there are no changes in treasury shares or share repurchases to report.
