Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (Geekplus-W) announced that former shareholder Marcasite Gem Holdings Limited has sold 48.92 million shares, equivalent to approximately 4.78% of the company’s issued share capital. Following the transaction, Marcasite no longer holds any shares in Geekplus-W and has ceased to be a shareholder.

The disposal was conducted independently of the company; no new shares were issued, allotted, or repurchased, and the total number of issued shares remains unchanged. According to the board, the exit of Marcasite is not expected to produce any material adverse impact on the group’s business operations or financial position.

The board advises existing shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in Geekplus-W securities.
