2026年7月14日，强泰环保控股有限公司（01395）公告称，其间接持股95%的附属公司PT Rimba Palma Sejahtera Lestari已与香港芯鑫科技有限公司签订买卖协议，将以3,512,000美元（约合27,393,600港元）购买1,600台VolcMiner D1专用集成电路机器及随附组件、配件和文件。

根据协议，代价将在48个月内按月等额以现金支付，每期付款约73,167美元（约合570,702.60港元）。首期付款将在设备安装后第二个完整曆月的最后一日到期，后续各期于每月相应日期支付，直至全额结清。公司拟以内部资源拨付全部款项。

该批ASIC设备预计于2026年8月交付，保修期为实际交付日起12个月。作为付款担保，买方将就设备签立以卖方为受益人的受信担保契据，待代价全部支付完毕后解除。

公告称，收购事项旨在将所购高性能计算设备部署于集团数据中心，为客户提供托管数字处理能力及相关基础设施服务，以提升现有生物质发电资产的利用率并实现收入多元化。

按香港联交所《上市规则》第14章计算，本次收购的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易。公司已依据相关规定发布公告。
