Tianjin Binhai Teda Logistics (Group) Corporation Limited will convene its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) on 22 June 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, PRC.

1. FY 2025 Performance Review • Shareholders will vote on the board of directors’ report and the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the independent auditor’s report.

Attendance in person will automatically revoke any lodged proxy.
