宝光实业（国际）有限公司披露，截至2025年9月30日止六个月（即2025/26财年上半年）营收约2.97亿港元，同比下降1.8%。期内经调整净亏损4210万港元，较上年同期约6460万港元亏损有所收窄。同期毛利为1.27亿港元，对应毛利率约42.6%。经营层面，销售及管理费用合计由上年同期约1.92亿港元降至1.72亿港元，带动成本结构进一步优化。期内经营活动现金流净额约3568万港元，较上年同期的596万港元亦有明显提升。管理层指出，经调整净亏损减少，主要由于更严格的成本管控及通过店铺整合提升运营效率。
业务分项
零售业务期内营收约1.90亿港元，同比下降5.7%，但同店销售录得4%的正向增长。批发业务营收约1.07亿港元，同比增长6.2%，在多项市场推广活动和完善的售后布局支持下，增幅稳健。
