2026年8月3日，江蘇國富氫能技術裝備股份有限公司（股票代码：02582，以下简称“国富氢能”或“公司”）公告，公司已完成18,416,758股内资股转换为H股的全部手续。转换后的H股将于2026年8月4日上午九时正在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市。
根据公告，此次内资股转换完成前后公司股本结构变化如下：
1. 转换前，公司已发行股份总数为126,671,639股，其中内资股25,222,843股，占已发行股份总数的19.91%；H股101,448,796股，占80.09%。
2. 转换后，公司已发行股份总数保持不变，仍为126,671,639股；其中内资股减少至6,806,085股，占比降至5.37%；H股增至119,865,554股，占比升至94.63%。
公司表示，本次H股全流通实施完成，不涉及新增发行股份。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持谨慎。
公告称，董事长兼执行董事鄔品芳代表董事会发布本次公告。此次H股全流通事宜的相关进展，公司此前已于2025年9月30日、2025年10月15日、2026年5月11日及2026年6月17日发布公告。
