Each request remains valid for one year unless superseded by updated electronic-communication arrangements.

The company is also soliciting shareholders’ email addresses to ensure prompt delivery of “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents that require investor decisions, such as dividend election forms or rights-issue applications. Email details can be provided by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the registrar. Until a functional email address is recorded, the company will continue to send actionable documents in printed form.
