公司回购授权于2025年5月16日获得股东大会批准，本次回购前已于香港联交所及其他证券交易所购回共58,055,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约2.6881%。公司确认回购事项遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
