On December 2, CONGYU INTE AGR (00875) announced the implementation of a series of strategic technology partnerships, marking its accelerated transition from a Hong Kong-focused agricultural supplier to an AI-driven agri-tech enterprise.

The company recently deepened its collaboration with the Nankang District government in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, targeting the modernization of approximately 1.5 million mu (150,000 hectares) of navel orange orchards suitable for low-altitude operations. The partnership will focus on cutting-edge fields such as low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, big data, and robotics to establish a nationally leading smart agriculture demonstration base. The initiative aims to create an integrated "sky-land" smart farming service system and develop replicable operational models.

Key industrial deployments include: 1. **Drone Nest Network & Smart Manufacturing Base**: Leveraging Nankang’s existing Drone Airworthiness Certification Center and Low-Altitude Economy Demonstration Base, the project will localize drone nest production. A smart nest network covering the 1.5-million-mu navel orange zone will form a "15-minute drone operation radius," creating China’s largest low-altitude agri-economy application scenario. A dedicated R&D center will tackle autonomous flight and precision operation challenges in mountainous terrain.

2. **Low-Altitude Economy & Digital Integration**: Large-scale adoption of agricultural drones for plant protection, crop monitoring, and logistics will be promoted, with pilot routes connecting "orchard-warehouse-market" via low-altitude transport. A big data platform for navel orange production and AI-driven cultivation models will enhance traceability systems, boosting industry competitiveness.

Earlier, on November 15, CONGYU INTE AGR signed a framework agreement with Inner Mongolia Bazhua Intelligent Technology Co., adding another strategic piece to its smart agriculture portfolio. Key collaboration areas include: - Establishing a "Low-Altitude Agri-Economy & AI Technology Demonstration Park," where Bazhua’s autonomous laser weeding robots will debut across CONGYU’s high-standard farmland, Hong Kong-bound vegetable bases, and herb plantations. - Co-founding a "Smart Agriculture AI Algorithm Joint Lab" to advance agricultural vision models for complex field environments, with plans to jointly apply for national and regional tech grants. - Joint ownership of proprietary "agricultural data assets" (e.g., plant-level growth metrics, field environment data, and high-resolution weed maps), which will serve as core strategic resources for future data markets and bolster the listed company’s digital asset reserves.
