Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. (HKEX: 00175) has announced the issuance of new ordinary shares.
The company stated that on June 12, 2026, a total of 43,000 ordinary shares were issued as a result of employees exercising share options under a scheme adopted on April 28, 2023.
Additionally, on the same date, a further 2,000 ordinary shares were issued due to the exercise of share options by participants from connected entities under the same scheme.
