法拉第未来获得4100万美元新融资承诺
电动汽车公司 法拉第未来 (Faraday Future Intelligent Electric)表示，其在新一轮融资中获得4,100万美元的新现金融资承诺，并称最新一轮融资有望使该公司自9月份以来的总筹资额超过1亿美元。
法拉第未来周一表示，该融资承诺主要由无担保可转换票据和认股权证组成，用于收购该公司普通股的额外股份。
法拉第未来称，发行所得款项预计将用于帮助加速增长和开发、一般企业用途以及推进FF品牌，并补充说其目标是在今年年底前推出首款FF车型。
该公司还表示，所得款项还将用于人工智能开发，包括研发和人工智能人才招聘以及基础设施建设。
该公司股价周一收于1.38美元、涨超9%，盘后再涨超2%，今年迄今累计下跌超过43%。
