截至2025年11月30日，已發行股份總數維持在188,597,858股，無新增發行或回購、註銷及庫存股份變動。本月內亦未因股份期權計劃而新增發行股份；根據2020年8月20日採納及2022年6月16日更新的購股權計劃，本月底仍有4,558,600股可供未來行使或轉讓使用，但期間無實際行權發行。
公司於公告中表示，經董事會授權，各項操作均遵守香港聯交所《GEM上市規則》及其他相關法律規定。公告由執行董事武春耀簽署。
