7月23日，思考乐教育（01769）公布，根据其已采纳的股份奖励计划，受托人于二级市场合计购入1,500,000股公司股份，占本公告日期已发行股份总数的约0.223%。本次回购的平均价格约为每股0.99港元，对应总代价约148.70万港元（未计交易成本）。
交易完成后，受托人合计持有公司47,800,000股股份，占已发行股份总数的7.09%。公司称，将继续关注二级市场情况，并在适当时机按计划规则推进后续股份购置，用于向符合条件的参与者授出奖励股份。
思考乐教育董事会表示，目前公司股价被严重低估，此次回购为未来股份奖励的授出提供了充足的股份来源。
