Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Releases AGM Proxy Form, Proposes Re-election of Three Directors

On September 30, Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group (01341.HK) released its proxy form for the annual general meeting, which is scheduled to be held at 10:30 a.m. on October 28, 2026, on the 25th floor of the Rui An Centre in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The meeting will review the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and proposes to re-elect Deng Yaozhi as an executive director, Xu Lin as a non-executive director, and Shek Lai Him as an independent non-executive director, with the board authorized to determine director remuneration.

The meeting also proposes to re-appoint Dahua Moser Accountants Limited as the independent auditor, and to grant the directors a general mandate to allot additional shares not exceeding 20% of the total number of issued shares and to repurchase shares not exceeding 10%.

The proxy form must be returned to Hong Kong Registrars Limited no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting in order to be valid.
