S HARBOURHOLD (01663) Announces Chairman’s Shareholding Increase

According to a voluntary announcement by Sino Harbour Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code: 01663), the chairman and substantial shareholder, Mr. Wong Lam Ping, acquired a total of 7.19 million ordinary shares of the company on 5 March 2026 in the open market. These purchases were made at an average price of HK$0.085 per share, with the highest price recorded at HK$0.085.

The company indicates that Mr. Wong is the husband of Ms. Chan Heung Ling and the father of Mr. Wong Lui, who is a substantial shareholder and executive director. Shareholders and investors are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
