CHINA JICHENG (01027) announced that Mr. Chen Anzhi has been appointed as the company's executive director and chairman, effective from October 3, 2025. Mr. Huang Wenji will step down from his role as chairman of the board and will continue to serve as executive director, effective from October 3, 2025.
