此前，公司于2026年6月26日通过购回授权，授权总数为144,285,509股，截至目前已经于交易所累计回购4,414,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本的约0.3059%。公司确认上述回购事宜已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及其他相关法例的规定。
