茂盛控股有限公司于截至2026年3月31日止财政年度实现综合溢利约3.75亿元（上一财年亏损约3,221.90万元），主要受出售酒店物业及馆俱项目产生的已终止经营业务溢利约3.77亿元带动。本公司拥有人应占溢利约3.75亿元，每股基本及摊薄盈利为19.07港仙。

持续经营业务在报告期内收入约4,414.40万元，同比增长17.4%，毛利约1,883.10万元，较上一财年的692.80万元上升171.8%，毛利率由18.43%上升至42.66%。该部分核心溢利约347.40万元，而上一财年核心亏损约705.10万元；年内亏损则显著收窄至约214.40万元，上一财年亏损约3,870.00万元。

于2025年4月完成香港新界青衣永伦800酒店的出售后，集团现主要通过全资附属公司从事家具及建材贸易、装修建筑项目。报告期内相关业务收入增长，主要因装修建筑服务进入项目最后阶段所致。

财务方面，截至2026年3月31日，集团资产净值约2.49亿元，较上一财年的3.48亿元下降，主要因向股东分派及偿还银行贷款所致；资产负债比率和净资产负债比率均为0%，现金及银行结余约1.27亿元，较上一财年的3,544.60万元大幅增加。集团期末雇员人数为21名（上一财年113名），薪酬政策定期检讨，并参与强制性公积金计划。
