山东省国际信托股份有限公司（股票代码：01697，简称“山东国信”）于2026年5月4日发布截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表，公司截至本期末的股本状况整体保持稳定。
据了解，山东国信已发行普通股包含H股与内资股。其中，H股已发行股本期初及期末同为116,473.5万股，内资股已发行股本期初及期末同为349,411.5万股。两类股份在4月期间均未发生新增发行、回购、注销或库藏变动。截至4月底，公司股份总数仍为465,885万股，面值均为每股人民币1元。
在股份期权及激励计划方面，月报显示并无期权授出、行使或到期失效的记录。此外，公司报告期内并未发生股票回购或注销，期末无库存股份。公司同时确认符合香港联交所主板上市规则关于公众持股量的相关要求。
