The group's contract gross floor area (GFA) was approximately 8,863 square meters, with an average contract selling price of approximately RMB 14,662 per square meter.
For the period from January to August 2025, the group recorded total contract sales of approximately RMB 2.7 billion, down 46.4% compared to the same period last year. The group's total contract GFA reached approximately 235,600 square meters, with an average contract selling price of approximately RMB 11,461 per square meter.
