2026年9月18日，昊天国际建投（01341）发布补充公告，披露公司提前处置所持一家独立第三方公司的部分股份，并详细说明交易原因及资金用途。
公告显示，公司于2025年5月以5,000万元认购买方公司580股股份，平均作价每股86,206港元，原计划持有两至五年。持股约16个月后，管理层留意到该投资表现超出预期：买方公司未经审核的每股资产净值由2024年12月31日的85,659港元升至2026年6月30日的98,504港元，增幅约15%。
经双方公平磋商，买方同意以每股98,623港元回购相关股份，较昊天国际建投当初的购入成本溢价约14.4%，对应投资期约16个月的年化回报率约10.8%。
本次出售交易扣除相关成本及开支后的净收益约为43百万元，公司拟将全部款项用作集团孖展融资业务的营运资金。
公告同时确认，买方及其最终实益拥有人陈泽锴先生均为独立第三方，与公司及其股东无关。
