中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司（02039）于2025年12月1日更新翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司在当日回购股份330,500股，约占本次回购前已发行股本的0.01%，每股价格区间为每股7.92港元至8.08港元，合计支付金额约2,646,464港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本减少至3,033,315,695股，库藏股数量增至56,522,200股。公司表示，此次回购基于2025年5月15日通过的股份购回授权，该授权允许最高回购308,983,789股，目前公司已在交易所等方式合计回购56,522,200股。
公司并确认，本次回购遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》的相关规定。公告由公司秘书吴三强签署。
