SF Holding proposes dual-tranche guaranteed bond issuance totaling RMB 10 billion

S.F.Holding Co., Ltd. (H-share ticker: 06936) has announced a proposal to issue guaranteed bonds in two tranches, according to a company filing. The offering comprises RMB 5 billion in notes due 2029 carrying a 1.75% coupon, alongside RMB 5 billion in notes due 2031 with a 1.85% coupon.
On September 15, 2026, the company and the issuer entered into a subscription agreement with the joint lead managers covering the issuance and subscription of these notes. The 2029 bonds and 2031 bonds are collectively referred to as the "bonds" in the official announcement.
