2026年8月25日，农业银行（01288）公告称，已在全国银行间债券市场完成“2026年无固定期限资本债券（第一期）（债券通）”发行。
公告显示，本期债券于2026年8月21日簿记建档，8月25日发行完毕，发行规模为人民币200亿元。债券前5年票面利率为1.88%，并将每5年进行一次利率调整；自第5年起，发行人可在每个付息日行使有条件赎回权。
根据适用法律及监管批准，本期债券募集资金将用于补充农业银行其他一级资本。
