Liu Xiangyang, Chief Information Security Officer and Dean of the Software Engineering Academy at Midea Group, has confirmed his attendance at the "8th Golden Ape Big Data Industry Development Forum — AI Infra & Data Agent Trends Forum." The forum is guided by the Shanghai Municipal Data Bureau and jointly hosted by the Golden Ape Organizing Committee, Data Ape, the Shanghai Digital Business Association, and the Shanghai Big Data Alliance.

The theme of this forum is "Data Has Ape·Wisdom Sees Ten Years," aiming to transcend purely technical narratives and re-explore the essence and boundaries of data in the intelligent era from multiple perspectives, including industry, commerce, organization, and cultural thinking. Since the release of the "Action Outline for Promoting Big Data Development" in 2015, which formally elevated big data to a national strategy, the big data industry has quietly passed its first decade.

Over the past decade, big data has evolved from a technical concept into infrastructure, laying the industrial foundation. In the next decade, through deep integration with AI, data will no longer be a static raw material but a core driver for real-time decision-making and reshaping business processes. The focus should not only be on "how to use data" but also on "how data will reshape an intelligentized future."

Simultaneously, the forum will significantly release the "Redefining Data Intelligence: Data Agent White Paper (2025)," which systematically analyzes the technical architecture and industrial application landscape of Data Agents.
