Greentown China discloses ICAC search linked to former director; affirms normal operations

Greentown China Holdings Limited reported that Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) executed a search warrant at the group’s principal Hong Kong office on 17 June 2026.

According to the voluntary announcement, the investigation concerns an alleged corruption case involving a former director who no longer holds any position within the group. Greentown China stated it is providing full assistance to the authorities.

The company emphasized that, as of 18 June 2026, all business operations and day-to-day activities continue as usual and remain unaffected in any material respect.

The board is chaired by non-executive director Liu Chengyun and currently comprises three additional executive directors, two other non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
