On 17 September 2026, Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 575,000 ordinary shares, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were bought at prices ranging between HK$1.605 and HK$1.700, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$1.65371 per share, bringing total cash outlay to approximately HK$0.95 million.
Post-transaction, Edding Genor’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.99 billion shares, down by 0.029%. The company’s treasury stock position increased from 27.62 million to 28.19 million shares, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 2.01 billion.
The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 199.07 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 4.90 million shares, representing 0.25% of the issued share base at the date the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Edding Genor is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase; the moratorium period therefore extends to 17 October 2026.
