Green Tea Group Limited (stock code 06831) disclosed a share repurchase dated 4 February 2026. A total of 96,800 ordinary shares were repurchased on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 6.70 to HKD 6.89, resulting in an aggregate price of HKD 659,382.24. These repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares is 669,101,200, while treasury shares total 4,353,600. This change represents approximately 0.0145% of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) before the repurchase. The overall number of issued shares remains at 673,454,800.
