普拉达股价下跌主要源于公司最新发布的半年度业绩报告不及市场预期。报告显示，普拉达上半年收入录得27.4亿欧元，较分析师预期低2%。其中，普拉达品牌零售净销售下跌3.6%，而MiuMiu品牌虽然增长40%，但仍低于预期。此外，受收购范思哲（Versace）相关成本影响，加上销售疲软，公司净利润同比仅微增0.6%，大幅低于市场预期。
分析人士指出，第三季度至今，旅游消费需求持续承压，预计MiuMiu品牌将面临最大的同比基数压力。尽管如此，中金公司仍维持普拉达"跑赢行业"评级，但将目标价下调6.3%至75港元，主要考虑到奢侈品行业持续低迷和范思哲整合的不确定性。普拉达管理层表示，公司将优先提升品牌价值，并相信通过运营杠杆仍有改善盈利能力的空间。同时，管理层认为MiuMiu在多个国家的渗透率仍然偏低，在产品类别和组合方面仍有进一步改善的潜力。
