消息面上，软银集团宣布将以40亿美元收购DigitalBridge，每股收购价为16美元，较上周五收盘价溢价15%。此次收购是软银布局人工智能基础设施战略的关键一步，旨在把握数据中心和算力需求激增的机遇。交易预计于2026年下半年完成，DigitalBridge将继续作为独立平台运营，由现任CEO Marc Ganzi领导。
DigitalBridge是全球领先的数字基础设施投资机构，管理资产规模达1080亿美元，旗下拥有Vantage Data Centers、Switch等资产。软银创始人孙正义表示，此次收购将深化其在AI领域的布局，与OpenAI、甲骨文合作的“星际之门”项目形成协同效应。
