KUANGCHI (00439) announced that Dr. Huang Jijie, the company's independent non-executive director, has been reassigned as a non-executive director, effective from December 9, 2025. The board of directors also announced that Dr. Wu Zhili has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee to dedicate more time to other business endeavors, effective from the same date.
