普乐师集团控股（02486）于2026年8月3日发布的月报显示，截至2026年7月31日，公司股本结构维持稳定，未发生新增发行及回购活动，期内库藏股份数量也保持不变。
公告披露，普乐师集团控股截至7月底的法定/注册股本为250,000,000股普通股，面值为每股0.0002美元，总计对应法定/注册股本50,000美元，与上月底持平。公司已发行股份为113,207,600股，库藏股份为7,494,200股，合计股份总数120,701,800股，与上月相比没有变动。
公司确认按香港联交所《上市规则》要求，维持足够的公众持股量。公告亦显示，7月份并无涉及股份期权、认股权证或可换股票据的新增或变动操作，且未出现任何股份回购或注销行为。
公司表示，截至本月末，总股本数量保持稳定，并严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及其他相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书周杰霆、陈力共同签署。
