Qualifications: 1. Understand fundamental operational principles for platforms like WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo (WB-SW), and grasp key strategies for audience growth. 2. Possess strong news sense and the ability to discern information accurately, with a good judgment for content quality. 3. Video Planning Intern Job Responsibilities: 1. Video Thumbnail Design: Create on-theme thumbnails for videos, ensuring they align with the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Channels, and Weibo (WB-SW) to enhance video appeal. 2. Content Material Organization & Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials for secondary creation. Design graphical content for Xiaohongshu, including image pairing, layout, and copy optimization. 3. Account Operations: Handle daily operations for accounts on various platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to boost exposure and fan engagement. Understand optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform to ensure compliance and maximize reach. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial team, communicate design needs for video content, provide feedback, and support the content production workflow. 5.
