HIPINE Maintains Stable Share Capital Structure in September 2026 Filing

Shenzhen Hipine Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (HIPINE) filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable equity position throughout the month.

The authorised and registered share capital remained unchanged at 58.83 million ordinary H-shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each, representing total authorised capital of RMB 58.83 million.

Issued share capital was also steady: 58.83 million shares were in issue, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares matched the authorised amount at RMB 58.83 million.

HIPINE confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement, ensuring sufficient free float for market liquidity.
