本次回购后，公司已发行股份总数为336,350,744股，其中323,990,113股为流通股，12,360,631股为库藏股。公开资料显示，公司于2026年5月13日获得股份回购授权，授权回购股份总数为32,715,311股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计回购3,214,000股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.9596%。
公司同时确认，本次回购已获得董事会正式授权批准，并严格遵守了上市规则和相关法律法规的要求。本公告由公司董事赵中签署。
