中国天化工（股票代码：00362）于2026年7月2日发布的月报显示，公司截至2026年6月30日的注册股本总额仍为5,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值0.1港元，对应注册股本5亿港元。该规模与上月底相同，并未发生增减变动。
同时，公司报告期内已发行股份总数为1,351,548,168股，均为普通股，无库藏股份。公告显示，2026年6月并无任何新增股份发行、购回或注销行为，股份数及股本结构均保持稳定。此外，公司并未产生或行使新的期权，亦无可换股票据或其他可转为公司股份的权利变动。
公司表示，将继续遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规定。该月报由共同及各别清盘人马德民、黎颖麟以不承担个人责任的身份代公司签署。
