PC PARTNER (01263) announced that all conditions for the proposed delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange were fully satisfied on January 6, 2026. The final trading day for the company's shares on the Exchange will be Thursday, January 8, 2026. Subsequently, the shares will be withdrawn from listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange effective from 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
